Welcome to North Cornwall Flowers!
We are a small, independent business based in beautiful North Cornwall. We grow cut flowers to supply to local florists and other independent business and we also grow, dry and supply natural petal confetti.
North Cornwall Flowers was set up in early 2022 to satisfy the appetite of local florists and other businesses for supply of locally and sustainably grown flowers. After creating the confetti for our own wedding in 2021 and for the weddings of friends in previous years, we decided to make confetti our other key offering. We have been overwhelmed with the support and interest shown in our new venture and hope that we can grow (pardon the pun) the business in the coming years.
We grow and supply local florists with a mixture of annual, biennial and perennial cut flowers, plus dahlias, anemones, tulips, ranunculus and foliage. If you would like to know our full growing offering for 2024 or are interested in local flower supply then please get in touch via the contact button. Some of the flowers that we grow are shown below.
For confetti orders and enquiries please use the contact details shown and for more information see our confetti and gallery pages.
Meet the team
Hello!
I’m Emily, the muddy boots behind North Cornwall Flowers. I am a BASIS and FACTS qualified agronomist with 10 years experience in cereal, potato and vegetable crop agronomy. Farming and growing things have always been passions of mine and in 2022 I decided to start my own business growing cut flowers and confetti alongside my main job as a vegetable agronomist here in Cornwall. I love applying my agronomy knowledge to growing beautiful blooms.
I am a notoriously terrible flower arranger, so I’m much happier growing for the wonderful florists and businesses I work with including Bruallen, Jane Lawrence Flowers, Sophie Floewers & Hattie Floral.
I am ably assisted by my husband, Stephen who is also a BASIS & FACTS qualified agronomist. Stephen is in charge of all construction projects and anything that requires any sort of maths and working out.
Our two spaniels are never far away and always keen to ‘help’!
